The automatic powder recycling system collects overspray powder at the bottom of the powder saver. Recycled powder is transported via a powder recycle pump into an electric powder filter, where it is screened and returned to the powder supply bucket. After fluidization, it is evenly mixed with new powder for reuse.
After each shift, the recycle fan can be switched off while the pulse blowback self-cleaning system operates independently to thoroughly clean the filter elements, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
