Pretreatment Process Flow

1. Pre-Degreasing: Initial removal of surface oils and loose contaminants to prepare the workpieces for deep cleaning.

2. Degreasing: Chemical degreasing stage that thoroughly eliminates residual grease and organic pollutants, ensuring effective downstream processing.

3. Rinse Stage 1: First water rinse to remove degreasing chemicals and prevent carryover.

4. Rinse Stage 2: Secondary rinse that further improves surface cleanliness and minimizes cross-contamination.

5. Acid Treatment: A key activation process that removes oxides and micro-scale impurities while enhancing surface reactivity, ensuring superior E-coat adhesion and coating performance.

6. Rinse Stage 1: Initial rinse to neutralize and flush away acid residues.

7. Rinse Stage 2: Final rinse delivering a clean, residue-free surface ready for electrophoretic coating.
