EA threaded Inserts provide high-quality, permanent, wear-resistant internal threads and are designed to be installed in molded or drilled holes in one simple step.
The surface treatment can be colored to avoid short installing.
Installation Procedure:
Step one: With the slotted or three hole end facing downwards, screw the threaded end of the installation tool into the other end of the thread
Insert until the tool nut and screw sleeve are tightly attached.
Step two: At this point, align the thread insert vertically with the bottom hole, rotate the tool, and the screw sleeve can be screwed in.
Step three: After screwing it into place, use one wrench
to hold the installation tool nut in place, and the other wrench to rotate the installation tool counterclockwise to loosen the tool nut and thread insert tail. Then, directly rotate the tool handle to remove the tool from the thread insert.
