SC-25. 09 shotcrete robot is a special mechanized equipment independently developed by NANCHANG KAMACH MINING CO., LTD. for metal mines, tunneling and other support work, which integrates walking, concrete pumping and spraying, and has the remarkable characteristics of flexible construction operations, high efficiency, safety and reliability. It is powered by a CD2013 Deutz engine with turbo charger and an exhaust purifier silencer (DOC+COP) to reduce emissions and noise. It also features a DANA T24000 electric control power shift transmission and DANA 123 Series wet brake axles for smooth and safe movement. It can deliver up to 25 m3/h of concrete and spray it up to 10 m away, covering a large area with minimal effort.
