1.The butterfly plate seal integrates both hard and soft layers, utilizing a combination of metal and flexible seals. This design provides the dual benefits of excellent sealing performance in both high and low-temperature applications.

2.With a three-dimensional eccentric structure, the valve seat and butterfly plate experience minimal friction during operation. This design ensures a tighter seal as the valve closes.

3.The sealing surfaces are constructed with stainless steel and cobalt-based alloy through welding, offering exceptional wear resistance and a long service life.

4.The valve features a unique structure and flexible operation, reducing effort and ensuring reliability under high-pressure conditions. It maintains a secure seal with minimal influence from medium pressure, ensuring a long service life. Unlike conventional double eccentric butterfly valves, which use two offsets—(b) offsetting from the pipe center and (a) offsetting from the sealing surface centerline—to minimize friction during approximately 15° of travel, the HPV valve incorporates an additional unique eccentric angle. This adjustment to the cone slope further reduces friction between the sealing components during opening and closing, enhancing performance and durability.
