Product Overview

The pneumatic knife gate valve is composed of a stainless steel wafer knife gate valve and a pneumatic actuator. The bottom of the gate is a knife-shaped oblique cut, which has a good shearing effect, so that the valve is not blocked by the medium when it is closed, and can scrape off the adhesive on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. It is most suitable for the circulation and opening and closing of difficult-to-control fluids such as slurry, powder, granular materials, and fibers. The pressure range of the PZ673H pneumatic wafer knife gate valve is generally within 1.0MPa, and the temperature is below 120℃. Special materials can be used for high temperatures. It is widely used in papermaking, petrochemical, mining, drainage, food and other industries. There are a variety of valve seats to choose from, and according to the on-site control requirements, it can be equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators to realize the automatic operation of the valve.

4. After installing a sleeve device on the top of the handwheel, all the movable parts of the valve can be in a closed state, and the screw drive of the gate and the valve stem will not be stuck due to the drying of the lubricating oil.

5. The gate has the function of a gate knife, which can effectively cut off all kinds of debris in the medium.
