Casting production process:
Model making:
Molds for molding can be sand molds, metal molds or other materials.
Smelting metal:
Heat and melt the metal raw materials, and adjust the chemical composition to meet the performance requirements.
Pouring molding:
Pour the molten metal into the mold to fill the mold cavity.
Cooling and solidification:
The molten metal gradually solidifies after cooling to form the initial shape of the casting.
Cleaning and processing:
Remove excess surface materials such as flash and pouring risers, and perform necessary grinding or processing.
Heat treatment (optional):
According to the needs, annealing, quenching, tempering and other treatments are carried out to improve the performance of the casting.
