SND FOUNDRY have been specializing in the production and sales of metal casting products nearly 20 years.
The company integrates sand casting, lost wax casting, lost foam casting, machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment. It specializes in providing precision castings of various materials such as cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel, with an annual output 20,000 tons of castings.
After years of continuous efforts, SND has successfully developed casting products for various industries such as automobiles, rail transit, mining machinery, chemicals, energy, electric power, water conservancy, and hardware construction. At present, our company's products are mainly supplied to Weichai, ShanQi Automobile, Beijing Valve, Minmetals Group, Handan Steel Group and other companies. The products have exported to Russia, Spain, Germany and other overseas countries.
SND has fully passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. During the production process, it implements a number of strict detailed standards and conducts full-process quality control. Our company has well-equipped chemical laboratories and physical performance laboratories. A complete set of testing equipment such as Direct Reading Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Hardness Tester, Universal Material Testing Machine and Pressure test machine can be used to effectively control chemical composition and ensure mechanical performance.
Casting Services
Casting is a process in which the material is poured into a liquid mold, molded into a cavity of the desired shape, and allowed to harden.
SND offers a variety of casting methods, including investment casting, sand casting, permanent casting, base casting, low pressure casting, ESR casting, and lost foam casting. Materials can include steel, iron, and ferrous metals. The weight of a part can range from 0.01Kg to 150 tons individually.
