Investment Casting
Investment casting, also known as lost wax casting, utilizes a transient pattern made of a wax-like material to create adjoining complex parts. A near-net-shape process, it has extremely high surface quality because it uses ceramic molds with excellent thermal properties. Our company has well-equipped chemical laboratories and physical performance laboratories. A complete set of testing equipment such as Direct Reading Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Hardness Tester, Universal Material Testing Machine and Pressure test machine can be used to effectively control chemical composition and ensure mechanical performance.
