- Valve Body: Constructed from ductile iron with anti-corrosion treatment (epoxy resin coating) for high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Suitable for large diameters (DN2000/2 meters nominal diameter) in high-flow scenarios.
- Flange Connection: Features flanges at both ends for bolt-fastened pipe connections, ensuring easy installation and strong sealing performance for long-distance pipeline applications.
- Valve Plate: The rotating disc (0°-90°) controls media flow. Large diameter design incorporates high-strength features (double-plate type, three-eccentric structure) for tight sealing and minimal flow resistance.
