This is a composite exhaust valve, which is mainly used in fluid pipeline systems such as water supply and drainage, municipal pipelines, and water conservancy projects to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the pipeline and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system.

• Exhaust air: Automatically exhausts air when pipeline is filled with water or during long-term operation, preventing air blockage and improving water flow efficiency
• Exhaust biogas/harmful gas: Discharges gases produced by organic decomposition in sewage pipelines, preventing pipeline bursting and odor leakage
• Reduces water hammer risk: Protects municipal water supply mains from pressure surges after exhaust

Valve body: Made of ductile iron with anti-corrosion spray treatment, pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant for buried/open-air environments. Features bottom flange for easy pipeline connection.

Exhaust assembly: Consists of metal mesh (porous structure) and valve cover with float + sealing mechanism. The float rises to close exhaust port when pipeline is full of water, and drops to allow gas discharge when pipeline is empty.
