Product Description
This flange check valve (also called non-return valve or one-way valve) only allows one-way flow of the medium and prevents backflow in fluid pipelines.
Core Structure & Working Principle
- Valve Body: Made of ductile iron with surface anti-corrosion spray, pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Suitable for water, oil, gas and other media. Features flanges at both ends for easy pipeline connection.
- Markings: "PN16" indicates pressure rating (1.6MPa/16 kg/cm²), "DN100" indicates nominal diameter (100mm inner diameter).
- Valve Disc: The heart of the check valve. When medium flows forward, thrust opens the disc; reverse flow automatically closes the valve port via gravity and medium pressure.
- Flow Direction: Arrow indicates the only permitted flow direction - critical for proper installation and function.
