The 10000KVA Brown Fused Alumina Smelting Furnace is designed for manufacturing high-quality brown fused alumina and white fused alumina materials. Operating at 380V voltage, this industrial furnace produces crystallized brown molten mass through high-temperature melting of high aluminous agglomerates, carbon material, and iron scrap.
Production Process
Utilizing reduction smelting technology, the furnace controls reduction agent quantities to remove impurities from aluminous agglomerates. This process forms ferrosilicon that separates from the fused alumina molten liquid, resulting in brown fused alumina with alumina content exceeding 95% and high-quality crystallization.
Applications
This corundum furnace is primarily used for melting various corundums, spinel, mullite, and other grinding and refractory materials essential for industrial applications.
