Advanced Secondary Vacuum Refining Technology
Modern metallurgical production has evolved from quantitative output to focus on variety diversification and high quality. Achieving super purity indices (total [H], [N], [O], [S], [P] ≤50ppm or lower) requires secondary vacuum refining techniques, primarily VD (Ladle Vacuum Refining) and VOD (Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization) processes.

VD Furnace Refining Process Details
Dehydrogenation
Achieves hydrogen content [H] ≤1.5ppm at vacuum ≤133Pa. Our system operates below 67Pa to ensure optimal dehydrogenation, accounting for process variables including steel grade specifications, raw material conditions, and argon stirring efficiency.
Denitrification
While nitrogen removal is challenging due to alloy content relationships, our process minimizes pre-treatment nitrogen levels, extends VD treatment duration, and leverages hydrogen-nitrogen partial pressure relationships.
Desulfurization
Integrated with deoxidation processes, with enhanced capabilities through strategic use of sulfur-affinity elements and optimized oxygen-sulfur balance.
Argon Stirring System
