Refining Process Capabilities
Dehydrogenation Process
Achieves hydrogen content ≤ 1.5 ppm with working vacuum degree below 67Pa. The system ensures optimal dehydrogenation rates through controlled process parameters and argon stirring.
Denitrification Process
Reduces nitrogen content through extended vacuum treatment time and controlled process conditions, accounting for steel grade composition factors.
Desulfurization Process
Combines vacuum deoxidation with desulfurization using elements with strong sulfur affinity to achieve extremely low sulfur content steel grades.
Argon Stirring System
