Energy-Saving Ferromanganese Submerged Arc Furnace
The ferromanganese submerged arc furnace is a high-power industrial furnace designed for efficient ore smelting. Complete equipment includes furnace shell, fume hoods, lining, short net, cooling system, exhaust system, de-dusting system, electrode systems, hydraulic systems, and submerged arc furnace transformer with electrical equipment.
Three-Layer Equipment Arrangement
First Layer
Furnace body (including furnace bottom support, furnace shell, lining), tapping system (including ladle and ladle car), and arc burner.
Second Layer
- Fume Hood: Closed or semi-closed low hood structure for environmental protection, maintenance facilitation, and improved operation environment
- Electrode Holder: Three-phase power supply with electrodes in triangle or inverted triangle configuration
- Short Net and Copper Tile components
- Electrode Shell and Unloading System
- Stoking Machine and Fume Exhaust System
- Water-Cooling System and Submerged Arc Furnace Transformer
- Operating System for process control
Third Layer
- Hydraulic System for mechanical operations
- Electrode Press and Release Device
- Electrode Lifting System
- Steel Platform and Hopper with cycle material distribution car
