The AE-ZK-1.0L periodic vacuum induction melting furnace is engineered for precision melting of high-temperature alloys, iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based alloys, and select non-ferrous metals under vacuum or inert gas protection. This vertical structure furnace combines smelting and casting operations in a single chamber for efficient cycle production.
Vertical Structure Design
Features an integrated chamber design where both smelting and ingot mold placement occur in the same space. After melting completion, molten steel is poured into molds through observation windows, cooled, and extracted through side furnace doors for continuous batch processing.
