TPO waterproof membrane is a thermoplastic polyolefin material that has the long-term weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber and the weldability of polypropylene. Two layers of TPO material sandwiched between a layer of polyester fabric can enhance its physical properties and improve its tensile strength, fatigue resistance and puncture resistance. High reflectivity, because it does not contain chlorine, it is conducive to environmental protection and construction safety. ▪ TPO coil is made by combining ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene using advanced polymerization technology, which combines the excellent weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber with the weldability of polypropylene
▪ Special formula technology, without the need for any plasticizers that can easily make the material brittle, can have high flexibility and will not cause the phenomenon of general polyolefin materials becoming brittle due to plasticizer migration, maintaining long-term waterproof function.
▪ There is a layer of polyester fiber fabric sandwiched in the middle, providing high tensile performance, fatigue resistance, and puncture resistance of the roll material, suitable for mechanical fixed roof systems.
▪ Excellent high and low temperature resistance, maintaining flexibility at -40 ℃ and mechanical strength at higher temperatures.
▪ Chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, lubricating oil corrosion, and resistance to microbial growth such as algae and mold.
▪ A light color with white as the main color, smooth surface, high reflectivity, energy-saving effect and pollution resistance.
▪ The ingredients do not contain chlorinated polymers or chlorine gas, and there is no chlorine gas release during welding and use, which is harmless to the environment and human health.
▪ The overlap adopts hot welding, which can form a high-strength sealing layer.
