This premium polymer waterproof sheet is produced by extrusion, blending PVC resin with additives such as plasticizers, UV inhibitors, anti-aging agents, and stabilizers. Its proprietary formula ensures a service life significantly longer than ordinary waterproof materials: over 20 years for roofing applications and more than 50 years for underground systems. Widely used in construction and civil engineering, it delivers reliable long-term waterproofing performance.
Internally Reinforced Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Waterproof Membrane
This thermoplastic PVC membrane is reinforced with polyester fiber or glass fiber. Using a specialized extrusion-coating process, it bonds double-sided PVC layers with a middle reinforcing layer to form a robust polymer membrane. The combination of an advanced-formula PVC layer and a mesh-structured polyester fabric provides excellent dimensional stability and a low thermal expansion coefficient. Glass fiber reinforcing ribs are fully integrated with the membrane, eliminating the risk of delamination or water intrusion. Designed for direct exposure to natural environments, its unique surface coating offers self-cleaning properties, resisting dust and pollutants to maintain both appearance and performance.
