Feature Presentation:
The Half an Hour Epoxy Putty Car Repair Stick is an epoxy adhesive known for its rapid solidification, excellent sealing, and insulating properties. It boasts high strength, minimal shrinkage, water resistance, mild acid resistance, user-friendliness, and environmental friendliness.
The formulation includes a modified Epoxy Resin mucus as Component A and a modified curing agent as Component B.
Application Scope:
Our product can bond, repair, and seal a wide range of materials including metal, ceramics, dimension stone, concrete, glass, and more. Its versatile applications encompass pipe sealing, cleaning equipment repair, swimming pool sealing, rooftop, laundry room, basement, balcony, and solar installation sealing, casting parts, antique restoration, antisepsis instruments, real estate management, construction, engineering maintenance, pipe connections, and mold creation.
Usage Instructions:
- Prior to application, ensure the surface is clean and dry by removing oil, grime, or rust. Smooth surfaces must be roughened before cleaning and drying.
- To prepare the adhesive cement, mix Components A and B in a 1:1 ratio. Complete the mixing process within three to five minutes and apply the glue under pressure. The adhesive will harden to the consistency of steel after an hour.
Safety Precautions:
- Ensure an equal mix of both components. Avoid reusing leftover glue.
- Keep the glue away from skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. If it gets in the eyes, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
- During winter use, ensure both the glue and surfaces to be bonded are at a warm temperature (around 23±2°C).
- Keep children away from the glue to prevent accidental ingestion.
Packing and Storage Guidelines:
- Store the products in a dry, shaded area with an airtight seal. They have a shelf life of one year, which can be extended if found to be within specifications after testing.
- Transport and store as non-hazardous materials.
- Packaging specifications: 12 sets per inner pack, 12 inner packs per carton, with each set weighing 57 grams.
