AG130D is a heavy-duty, fully digitally controlled metal wire mesh weaving loom, specially designed for weaving medium to heavy wire diameters and low–medium mesh counts with high stability and quality output.
Both our light-duty (B-type) and heavy-duty (D-type) looms are equipped with a PLC programmable control systemand servo-driven take-up and warp-feeding units, which automatically regulate mesh tension and line speed.
For the D-type heavy-duty model, AG130D is particularly suitable for plain weave wire mesh from approx. 10–100 mesh/inch, depending on wire diameter and material.
With a maximum weaving speed up to 100 rpm, the AG130D provides a balance of high throughput and robust performance. Mesh count and tension can be digitally set via the HMI, and the continuous web removal function with length display helps reduce auxiliary downtime and improve overall productivity.
