This gabion production line adopts the SLW‑58A five‑axis linkage core weaving host as the core of the whole gabion production line. It integrates wire feeding, constant‑tension control, mesh weaving and full‑set post‑processing stations. The gabion production line supports two independent production workflows, manufacturing both gabion box panels and slope‑protection mesh rolls to satisfy different project order requirements.

As the heart of this gabion production line, the SLW‑58A weaving machine applies self‑developed CNC control software. Operators adjust mesh opening, twist length and twist modes via touch HMI screen. The gabion production line delivers maximum production capacity over 1000 ㎡ per hour. Automatic lubrication unit and take‑up shaft are standard configuration to lower daily machine wear.

  3.Complete Auxiliary Equipment Matching

The gabion production line is equipped with a full series of supporting machinery. It includes CNC five‑roller wire tensioning unit, spiral wire forming machine, gabion mesh cutting machine, selvedging machine, compact roll winding machine, 100‑ton hydraulic packing machine and wire straightening & cutting machine. Full‑process automation reduces intermediate manual handling inside the gabion production line.

  4.Intelligent Control & Safety Protection

The gabion production line uses XINJE PLC and HMI human‑machine terminal with Chinese‑English bilingual interface. This gabion production line features intelligent parameter setting, fault alarm display and fault data recording. Multiple safety protections cover emergency stop, overload, electric leakage and travel limit interlock, securing long‑time continuous running of the gabion production line.
