【Usage Method】

Pad - dyeing process is recommended for using this product.

• Pad - dyeing process

Dosage: 30 - 50g/L of Cotton touch agent
Liquid pickup: 70 - 80%
Dilute the working solution → one dip and one roll (liquid pickup between 70 - 80%) → drying and setting at 150°C

• Impregnation method (washing)

Dosage: 3% - 5% of Cotton touch agent
Bath ratio: 1:8 - 1:12
Temperature: 50 - 60°C
Time: 20 - 30 minutes
Adjust the dosage and processing technology as appropriate according to the handfeel requirements and the actual situation of the fabric.

【Precautions】

•  A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.

• If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

• Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.

• Polyethylene plastic drum, lined with plastic bag, 125 KG per drum.
