 Product Features 

1. Good bacteriostatic property: It has good bacteriostatic effect on various natural and synthetic fibers.
2. Washing durability: Varies with different fibers, but can maintain durability. Especially, it can react with hydroxyl groups in cellulose fibers to produce cross-linking effect, resulting in better washability. Under appropriate dosage, it can reach the AAA antibacterial standard.
3. Broad-spectrum antibacterial property: It has a killing effect on Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, and yeasts.
4. Safety: Non-toxic, non-corrosive, odorless, and non-irritating to the skin. The antibacterial agent with 1% content is greater than 5000mg/kg BW, belonging to the actual non-toxic level.

 Usage 

1. The optimal dosage varies depending on the type, form, and treatment method of the object to be treated.
2. Recommended dosage:
   • For textile products:

Padding method: Recommended process: (one dip and one pad, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80%) → drying → setting. Recommended dosage: 20 - 50g/L.

Dipping method: Recommended process: dipping (60°C × 20min constant temperature) → draining → washing → drying. Recommended dosage: 5% o.w.f - 8% o.w.f.

• For daily antibacterial and bacteriostatic use:
  ①  Atomization spraying: Dilute the antibacterial agent to 10% concentration (100kg water + 10kg antibacterial agent) → evenly spray on the object surface → natural air drying.
  ②  Wiping and mopping: Dilute the antibacterial agent to 10% concentration (100kg water + 10kg antibacterial agent) → moisten the towel or mop → slightly wring dry → wipe the object surface → natural air drying.
  ③  Water body bacteriostasis: Add 5% - 10% of the antibacterial agent into the water body and stir evenly (the treated water body is not allowed to be directly drunk and used for food processing).

 Storage and Packaging 

1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
2. Polyethylene plastic drum with an inner plastic bag, 125KG per drum.
