[Instruction]

It is used for the post-treatment of cotton, viscose fiber and polyester-cotton blended fabrics dyed with reactive dyes, direct dyes, vat dyes and sulfur dyes. It contains no formaldehyde and heavy metal ions, and significantly improves the washing and wet treatment fastness of direct dyes and reactive dyes. The color fixing effect on dyed fabrics of blue-green series is particularly significant.

Suitable for the color fixing treatment of vat dyes, sulfur dyes and indigo dyes;
After treatment, the soaking fastness, soaping fastness, perspiration fastness, etc. of the fabric are significantly improved;

[Usage]

It is used for the color fixing of dyed yarns or fabrics of different fibers, especially suitable for blue-green series dyes.

[Usage Method]

Before the color fixing treatment, please rinse the dyed fabric thoroughly (perform soaping if necessary) to remove the residual dyes, salts and alkalis to ensure the subsequent color fixing effect.

Recommended process:
- Dipping method: Color fixing agent: 1~3% o.w.f; Temperature & Time: 60℃ x 15~20min; Dyed fabric → Immerse in the color fixing agent working solution at 60℃, run for 15~30min → Wash with water → Dry.
- Padding method: Color fixing agent: 20~50g/L; Dyed fabric → At room temperature, color fixing agent working solution → One dip and one pad → Dry.

[Precautions]

Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

[Storage and Packaging]

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protect from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
