【Product Features】

1. It can significantly improve the washing fastness of denim.
2. It has little effect on light fastness and color.
3. It can improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness to a certain extent.
4. It is formaldehyde-free, safe and environmentally friendly.

【Usage】

1. Padding Method:
   • Suggested process: Normal temperature passing through the rolling mill (one dip and one roll, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80%) → drying → setting.
   • Suggested dosage: 30 - 50g/L.
2. Dipping Method:
   • Suggested process: Dipping (60℃ × 20min constant temperature) → draining → washing → drying.
   • Suggested dosage: 3% o.w.f - 5% o.w.f.

【Precautions】

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protect from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
2. Polyethylene plastic barrel, lined with plastic bag, 125KG per barrel.
