【Instruction】

This product is a wet fastness improver for nylon and nylon fluorescent dyed fabrics, which makes it less prone to discoloration during sun exposure and other treatments, with less hardening of the hand feel. In particular, this fixing agent has good solubility, low product viscosity, and high working efficiency. It is theoretically effective for other fluorescent dyed fabrics such as cotton and polyester.

【Product Features】
1. It has excellent wet fastness for acid dye dyed products of polyamide fibers.
2. For polyamide fibers, it is less likely to change color during sun exposure and other treatments.
3. It has little adverse effect on the physical properties and hand feel of polyamide fibers.

【Usage Method】
The optimal usage amount varies depending on the type, form, dye concentration, dyeing method, and required fastness of the treated object. However, the following method is used as a benchmark:
- Light color: 1.0 - 2.0% o.w.f. Medium color: 2.0 - 3.0% o.w.f. Dark color: 3.0 - 4.0% o.w.f.
- Treatment bath: Hac 0.5 - 1g/L, 70℃ boil × 20 - 30min treatment
- Performance Test:
  - Various fastness tests
  - Test fabric: Nylon fabric, Fixing agent: X% o.w.f.
  - Fixing agent: X% o.w.f., Dye: 3 types of fast acid dyes
    ① NYLOSAN Golden Yellow N - 48L 1% o.w.f.
    ② NYLOSAN Red N - GZS 1% o.w.f.
    ③ NYLOSAN Blue N - GFL 3% o.w.f.
  - Treatment Conditions: Fixing agent treatment (liquor ratio 1:10), 70℃ × 20 minutes → water washing → drying (120℃ × 2 minutes) → setting (170℃ × 1 minute)
  - Experimental items: Washing fastness (based on JIS L - 0844 A - 2), Perspiration fastness (based on JIS L - 0848)
