【Uses】

The hand feel post-finishing of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing factories
 

【Usage Methods】

It can be directly added to the dye vat for soft finishing.

1. Pad-dry-cure method
   Suggested process: (One dip and one pad, liquid pick-up rate 70 - 80%) → Drying → Setting
   Suggested dosage: 50 - 80 g/L
2. Immersion method
   Suggested process: Immersion (60°C × 20 min constant temperature) → Draining → Water washing → Drying
   Suggested dosage: 5% o.w.f - 8% o.w.f
    

【Precautions】

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please do a compatibility test in advance.

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protect from sunlight and rain, and the shelf life is 6 months.
