【Usage Method】

• Suggested dosage: Determine the optimal dosage based on dyeing depth, dye type, bath ratio, etc. through sample testing. Generally, it is 1/5 of the amount of soda ash.
• Reference process: Dye: x% o.w.f; Leveling agent: 0.5g/L; Sodium sulfate: 20 - 30g/L; Substitute alkali: 5g/L.
• Dye dissolution: Accurately weigh the specified amount, dilute it with 10 times the amount of water in a secondary tank, and then add it to the dyeing tank.
• Feeding: Add 1/3 of the amount slowly at the beginning, and then add the remaining 2/3 at once.
• Dosage: 1/5 of the amount of soda ash.
• Immersion dyeing: For bath ratio > 10, calculate the amount based on water ratio; for bath ratio < 10, calculate the amount based on fabric weight.
  60°C × 40 - 60min dyeing → water washing → neutralization → hot water washing → soaping.
• Note: The color shade of the fabric dyed with substitute alkali is slightly different from that of soda ash. Please first make a small sample in the laboratory to find the optimal dosage of substitute alkali, and then adjust the dye to find the formula for the desired color shade before production.
