【Product features】

1. It can improve the warm water soaking fastness and significantly improve the wet rubbing fastness and perspiration fastness. It is used for the color fixing and padding process of cotton woven, knitted fabrics and yarns. Compared with ordinary fixing agents, it can significantly improve the soaping and high-temperature soaking fastness and wet rubbing fastness.
2. The color fixing working solution has little color loss, effectively avoiding the occurrence of stripping and color change.
3. Outstanding alkali resistance, which can be used in the mercerizing process after cotton color fixing.
4. Suitable for dyed and printed products with little impact on the fabric handle.

【Usage method】

• Dipping Method:
  • Suggested process: Immersion (60℃×20min constant temperature) → Drainage → Water washing → Drying
  • Suggested dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f
• Padding Method:
  • Suggested process: Normal temperature through padding mangle (one dip and one nip, liquid pickup 70 - 80%) → Drying → Setting
  • Suggested dosage: 20 - 30g/L

【Precautions】

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.
