【Product features】

1. Used in the color fixing process of polyester-cotton yarns and fabrics, it can significantly improve the soaping and high-temperature water soaking fastness compared with ordinary fixing agents.
2. It can also be used for the color fixing of fabrics made of other dyes and fabrics.
3. The water soaking fastness and rubbing fastness of the fabric after color fixing are significantly improved.
4. It has little impact on the color shade of the fabric after color fixing.
5. Formaldehyde-free, safe and environmentally friendly.

【Usage method】

1. Padding Method:
   • Suggested process: Normal temperature through padding mangle (one dip and one nip, liquid pickup 70 - 80%) → Drying → Setting
   • Suggested dosage: 20 - 30g/L
2. Dipping Method:
   • Suggested process: Immersion (60℃×20min constant temperature) → Drainage → Water washing → Drying
   • Suggested dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f

【Precautions】

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and packaging】
