【DESCRIPTION】

This product is a special finishing agent made by chemically modifying polybiguanide into an antibacterial finishing agent and a special silicone hand-feel finishing agent. It is a certain broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with good antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects on bacteria and fungi. It has a smooth, loose, and elastic hand-feel, and the product meets environmental protection requirements. It is suitable for antibacterial, deodorant, mildew-proof, and ice-feel finishing of various fibers, their blended fabrics, and other applications.

【PRODUCT FEATURES】

It imparts a soft, smooth, loose, and elastic hand-feel to fibers; especially for polyester fibers, it can impart such a hand-feel without using formaldehyde-based cross-linking agents.
It has little color change and has a very small impact on the color shade of white and dyed fabrics.
It has good antibacterial effects against 5 types of test strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, MRSA) by the Japan Textile Evaluation Technology Association. It also has good washing durability.

【APPLICATION】

Treatment of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic, and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing mills.

【USAGE METHOD】

Padding Method
- Recommended process: One-dip-one-nip, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80% → drying → heat setting
- Recommended dosage: 60 - 100g/L
Dipping Method
- Recommended process: Immersion (constant temperature at 60°C for 20 minutes) → draining → rinsing → drying
- Recommended dosage: 3.5% o.w.f - 5.0% o.w.f
  The specific process should be based on your company's existing process.

【PRECAUTIONS】

A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.

【STORAGE AND PACKAGING】

Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
