This product is a new type of environmentally friendly chelating dispersant, which mainly plays a role in softening water for calcium, magnesium, and iron metal ions in water. It can solve the quality problems caused by factors such as high water hardness, dyes, and process in the dyeing process of the dyeing factory. Its main functions are to soften the water quality in the dye liquor, chelate metal ions in the water, disperse the dyes in the dye liquor, prevent aggregates from easily forming in the dye liquor, enable the dyes to evenly and stepwise dye the fibers, improve the uniformity of dye uptake by the fibers, have a relatively wide compatibility with the pH value in the dye liquor, eliminate scaling of dyeing and finishing equipment, prevent fabric bleaching holes, and improve dyeing vividness. It does not contain phosphorus and other environmentally harmful components and is safe and environmentally friendly.

【Usage Method】

Recommended process:

• The addition of the chelating dispersant should be after water inlet and before the addition of any dyes and auxiliaries, which can enhance the effects of various processes.

• Batch pretreatment bath: 0.5 - 2g/L

• Continuous pretreatment bath: 1 - 5g/L

• Dyeing bath: 0.5 - 2g/L

• After one-bath treatment of pretreatment or scouring and bleaching with fluorescent whitening, in the cleaning process, treating with 0.5 - 1.5g/L of the chelating dispersant at 80°C - 90°C for 10 - 20 minutes can increase the whiteness and improve the storage safety to avoid yellowing.

• After dyeing is completed, using the chelating dispersant in the post-cleaning process can improve the post-cleaning effect and enhance the wash fastness of the dyed fabric.

【Precautions】

• A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.

• If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

• Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
