4. It can be used alone or compounded with other softeners. When used in the same bath with anionic stiffeners, a small test is required.

【Usage】

Softening in the post - finishing process of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing factories.

【Usage method】

• It can be directly added to the dye vat for softening and finishing.
• Recommended process:
  • Padding method: This product can also be used in the setting process. Recommended process: (one - dip - one - nip, liquid pickup rate 70 - 80%) → drying → setting.
    Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L.
  • Immersion method: Recommended process: immersion (constant temperature at 60 °C for 20min) → drainage → washing → drying.
    Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f.

【Precautions】

1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please do a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
