4. Suitable for polyester cheese yarn dyeing. Due to its strong diffusibility and migration property, it can effectively avoid the problem of difference between the inner and outer layers of the cheese yarn.

【Usage】

• Recommended process: Add directly into the dye vat during dyeing.
• Recommended dosage:
  • Ultra-fine denier fabric: 1.0 - 1.5% (o.w.f)
  • Ordinary fabric: 0.5 - 1.5% (o.w.f)
    Add and stir evenly before adding the dye → add the dye → adjust the pH → heat up (105 - 135℃ depending on the dye type) → heat preservation and dyeing... → cool down → drain → neutralize... → dehydrate and dry.

【Precautions】

1. Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, conduct a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
