【Description】

Non-ionic anti-staining scouring agent is an auxiliary agent with outstanding effect in preventing dye backstaining. It is used for controlling anti-staining in the cellulase formula, especially for the staining of pocket cloth. It can also be added during the enzyme post-finishing process without affecting the activity of the enzyme. At the same time, it can be used as an ordinary scouring agent for scouring and soaping, endowing the fabric with excellent soaping fastness. The product is free of APEO and is safe and environmentally friendly.

【Usage Method】

Configuration of enzyme water production dosage: 5% - 20% (proportion of the enzyme finished product)
This product is a high-concentration product. It is recommended to dilute it 3 - 5 times before use.
pH value: 5.0 - 7.0 Temperature: 20 - 80℃
Treatment time: 60 - 90min Bath ratio: 4:1 - 10:1
Conventional soaping process:
The soaping agent is suitable for various printing and dyeing processing equipment. Its dosage varies with the dyeing depth, performance requirements, processing equipment, and washing conditions (temperature, time, bath ratio). Please refer to the following conditions for testing before use:

Process flow: Dyeing → Cold water washing → Cold water washing → Acid neutralization → Scouring agent → Cold water washing (for high fastness requirements and sensitive colors) → Hot water washing at 90℃ for 10 minutes → Cold water washing.

【Precautions】

A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
