【Product Features】

1. Suitable for the post-dyeing soap washing process of cotton viscose and its blended fabrics with reactive dyes;
2. Removes unfixed dyes during the dyeing process, making the color more vivid and improving the fastness of the dyeing;
3. Does not affect the color and light fastness of the dyed material after soap washing;
4. Low foaming, simple process, suitable for various machinery.

【Purpose】

Suitable for the soap washing of printing or dyeing fabrics with reactive, sulfur, vat, direct, disperse, and other dyes.

【Usage Method】

Recommended dosage: This product is a high-concentration product, it is recommended to dilute 2 to 2.5 times before use, 1.0~3.0g/L.
Recommended process: Soap washing temperature: 95~100°C; Soap washing time: 20~30 minutes
Dyeing → Hot water wash (60°C x 20 minutes) → Soap washing (95-100°C x 20 minutes)
→ Hot water wash (70°C x 20 minutes) → Neutralize with acetic acid → Cold water wash until clear

【Cautions】

1. Perform a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please perform compatibility tests in advance.
