【Instruction】

The defoamer is designed and refined with modified silicone oil as the main component, combined with imported emulsifiers, dispersants, and stabilizers, using advanced technology, aiming at the foaming characteristics of textile slurry and the printing and dyeing process (below 80°C) in the textile industry. It is widely used in the production of ordinary textile slurry, high-speed textile slurry, medium-temperature printing and dyeing, adhesives, cutting fluids, and other water-based industrial production processes for defoaming.

【Usage】

Suggested dosage:
0.05 - 0.1g/L.
It can be directly added to the auxiliaries or added during the process.
 

【Precautions】

• Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage;

• If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

• Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.

• Polyethylene plastic drum with an inner plastic bag, 125KG per drum.
