【Usage Methods】

1. Padding Method
   • Dosage of fixing agent: 20 - 30g/L
   • Pass through the padding mangle at room temperature (one dip and one nip, liquor pick-up rate 70 - 80%) → Dry at 150°C → Stentering
2. Dipping Method
   • Dosage of fixing agent: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f
   • Immerse (constant temperature at 60°C for 20min) → Drain → Wash → Dry

【Precautions】

1. Small-scale tests should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
2. If used in the same bath as other finishing agents, compatibility tests should be carried out in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
2. Packed in polyethylene plastic barrels with inner plastic bags, 125 KG per barrel.
