Does your company make mold by yourself?
Yes, we have about 30 years of mold manufacturing experience. Besides domestic customers, 70% of our manufactured export products are sold to European and North American markets, 10% to other countries including Russia, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, etc.
How many kinds of products can you make? Only make the mold?
We can make different kinds of molds, including plastic injection molds, die casting molds, blowing molds, stamping molds, and silicone rubber molds. Besides, we also produce the final parts for you (plastic injection parts, aluminum die-casting parts, rubber parts, silicone parts, stamping parts).
What software do you use to check drawings? What formats can you check?
Our designers and engineers use Auto CAD, Solidworks, UG, Pro/E or CAM to check 2D or 3D drawings. We can check drawings in PDF, DWG, STP, X-T, IGS, STL, DXF, DXW and other formats.
Can I get a sample for check?
Yes, we require sample cost and shipment cost, which will be returned if you place a bulk order.
How do you pack the mold and products?
For molds, we apply anti-rust oil first, then cover with thin films, and finally pack into non-fumigation wooden cases. For products, we pack into standard export cartons or according to customer's specific packing requests.
Can you design products for me if I only have a rough concept?
Yes! We offer complete design services as long as you provide us with all your requirements.
