During the production process,what services can you offer and how can I be informed of the progress?
We can offer full-process visual service.We will send you production progress photos or videos every 7 to 10 days.
After the mold is completed,how can we ensure that the mold can meets our requirements?
We will provide video of the mold test and also offer free samples for your inspection.
Are there spare parts included when the molds are shipped? What is the after-sales service like?
When we ship the products,we will provide spare parts that are prone to wear and tear for the molds.The warranty period for our molds is one year.Additionally,we offer lifetime free or paid service.
