We require 2D/3D drawings,samples or product ideas (Based on 30 years of customization experience,
we can provide you with product drawings suitable for mold manufacturing); We will design and
manufacture the molds according to the product drawings confirmed by both parties.
3.During the production process,what services can you offer and how can I be informed of the progress?
We can offer full-process visual service.We will send you production progress photos or videos every 7 to 10 days.
4.After the mold is completed,how can we ensure that the mold can meets our requirements?
We will provide video of the mold test and also offer free samples for your inspection.
5.Are there spare parts included when the molds are shipped? What is the after-sales service like?
