Our extrusion lines are designed for producing various types of steel wire and ropes, including single covered wire, covered PC strand, and single covered rope. These systems accommodate diameters ranging from 1 mm to over 50 mm, applying the most requested thermoplastic compounds available on the market such as LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, PVC, PA, PP, and PU.
Silicone rubber cable features high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion gas resistance, and waterproof properties. The cable structure is flexible for easy installation, with stable electrical performance in extreme temperatures (-60℃ to 180℃). Outstanding anti-aging performance ensures long service life, making it ideal for metallurgy, power, petrochemical, electronics, and automotive manufacturing industries.
