Advanced Control System
KB 2.0 intelligent control system + IPC3000 + 19-inch industrial control screen + S7-1200PLC + full set of online detection instruments to realize automatic control of the production process. Features include wire diameter control, conductor preheating, head vacuuming, three-stage infrared heating rapid shaping, uniformity of post-air heating and automatic lifting of the vulcanization furnace.
This advanced system ensures process quality, avoiding pores in silicone rubber cable extrusion, lack of sulfur during startup/shutdown, and other quality issues. Perfect process formula management guarantees product consistency and standardized production management.
Material Characteristics
Silicone rubber cable features high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas resistance, and waterproof properties. The cable structure is soft with convenient radiation, stable electrical performance in high cold/high temperature environments (-60℃ - 180℃), outstanding anti-aging performance, and long service life.
Widely used in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, electronics, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
