High-performance extrusion line designed for silicone wire insulation and sheath production with maximum speeds up to 80m/min.
Key Components
- Hopper: Raw material entry point with feed hopper for controlled material transfer into extruder barrel
- Barrel: Cylindrical chamber with heating elements and screws for controlled material processing
- Screw: Rotating component with feed, compression, and metering zones for material transfer and viscosity distribution

Silicone Cable Characteristics
Silicone rubber cables feature high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas resistance, and waterproof properties.
