Product Overview
This automated production line is specifically designed for manufacturing wires and cables, enabling continuous insulation coating of metal conductors (copper/aluminum). The system achieves maximum line speeds of 1500m/min and can be integrated with various take-up machines for complete automation.
Key Applications
The production line supports single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion using thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free compounds. It meets automotive wire insulation standards for German, Japanese, Korean, and Italian automotive wire series.
