Automotive Wire High Speed Extrusion Production Line
This automated production line is specifically designed for manufacturing automotive wires and cables, enabling continuous insulation coating of metal conductors (copper/aluminum). The system supports various extrusion processes and can be integrated with multiple take-up machines for efficient production.
Extrusion Process Capabilities
Single Extrusion
Extrudes a single layer of material around conductors, ideal for basic insulation requirements in simple cable designs.
Co-extrusion
Simultaneously extrudes multiple layers of different materials to create cables with enhanced properties including improved insulation, shielding, and mechanical strength.
Triple Extrusion
Extrudes three layers simultaneously, typically used for high-performance cables requiring conductor, insulation, and protective outer jacket in harsh environmental conditions.

Applications & Material Compatibility
This production line supports single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion of thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free compounds. The system meets German, Japanese, Korean, Italian and other international automotive wire insulation extrusion standards.
System Integration
The production line can be seamlessly integrated with KPS cone-shaped reel fully automatic wire taking-up machines, double-head coiling machines, and double-reel semi-automatic wire taking-up machines for complete automation from extrusion to winding and packaging.
