High-performance extrusion production line designed for automotive wire manufacturing with maximum line speeds up to 1500m/min. Engineered for precision insulation extrusion of various thermoplastic materials.
Applications
Suitable for single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion of thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free compounds. Compatible with German, Japanese, Korean, Italian and other automotive wire insulation standards.
