This high-speed extrusion production line is engineered for automotive wire manufacturing, achieving line speeds up to 1500m/min. The system supports single, double, or triple extrusion layers and processes various materials including PVC, LDPE, LSHF, NYLON, TPU, and TEFLON with specialized screw configurations.
