The Gantry Type Take-up & Traversing Winder is engineered for wire and cable extrusion lines to deliver automatic cable winding, reel handling, and precise cable arrangement. Featuring a gantry traveling structure with shaft-less reel clamping, this machine incorporates AC variable frequency take-up drive and servo traversing system to ensure stable winding speed and neatly arranged cable layers.
With S7-1200 PLC control, 7.0-inch HMI operation, and speed/torque control mode, the machine delivers reliable performance for continuous production of PVC, PE, XLPE, LSZH, TPU, and other wire & cable products.
